The President of the Republic and Supreme Magistrate His Excellency Evariste NDAY-ISHIMIYE enhanced his presence on friday september 1, 2023, in Gitega province, at the Ingoma Stadium, to the ceremonies marking the solemn opening of the 2023-2024 judicial year under the theme: “Judgments well rendered and implemented at the right time constitute the justice which favors the population in the execution of de-velopment projects. Those ceremonies saw the participa-tion of the Vice-President of the Re-public Ir Prosper Bazombaza, the Prime Minister Lieutenant General of the Police Gervais Ndirakobuca, the Presidents of the members of the two houses of Parliament, the President of the Supreme Court and other High personalities of the country.
